Board Rule Making 2020: Reinstatement
The Board amended the following rule through the expedited Rule Making process:
- WAC 4-30-124 How do I reinstate a lapsed individual license, CPA-Inactive certificate, or registration as a resident nonlicensee firm owner?
The Board amended the rule to:
- Update various section and subsection references due to recent changes in other rules

The changes will take effect January 24, 2020.
