Board Rule Making 2020: Renewal Out of Retirement

The Board amended the following rule through the expedited Rule Making process:

• WAC 4-30-122  If I retire my license or CPA-Inactive certificate, how do I apply to renew my license or CPA-Inactive certificate out of retirement?

The Board amended the rule to:

• Update various section and subsection references due to recent changes in other rules

The changes will take effect January 24, 2020.
