COVID-19 CPA Exam Updates

Test Site Information:

Prometric anticipates re-opening test centers beginning on May 1st in select areas of the United States and Canada minimally impacted by the virus.  As the virus shifts throughout the country, decisions will be made to close some test centers and open others as it becomes prudent. Such decisions will be made at the test center level, not at the board level.  Please consult Prometric’s website for test center status and availability in both the United States and internationally.  It will be updated often as Prometric continually monitors the virus situation.

If after reviewing the Prometric online resources you still need further assistance, please contact Prometric using their online form.  Please note, due to the high volume of requests, response times may be delayed.

Administration of the CPA Exam:

Questions regarding an application to sit for the CPA exam, Notice to Schedule (NTS), or credit expiration due to COVID-19 will need to contact NASBA, CPA Examination Services (CPAES).  Please email CPAES at:  cpaexam@nasba.org

Please note, due to the high volume of requests, response times may be delayed.
