Press Release regarding the Clark Nuber complaint, Received on May 17, 2018
On May 17, 2018 the Washington State Board of Accountancy (ACB) received a complaint against the public accounting firm of Clark Nuber (the firm) regarding accounting services that it provided to the Breast Cancer Prevention Fund. The Board is following its standard procedure in this matter. ACB’s Executive Director has opened a preliminary investigation and a Consulting Board Member has been appointed as the Board advisor in this matter. The ACB has forwarded the complaint to the firm and has received a response from its legal counsel. The firm has committed to full cooperation with this inquiry.
