Board Rule Making 2018: Fees

After holding a public Rule Making hearing on January 26, 2018, the Board amended the following rule:

• WAC 4-30-038 Fees

The Board amended  the rule to:

• Better conform the rule to:
  • Recent changes in the law concerning public records
  • Model rules recommended by the attorney general’s office
  • Current agency practices

The changes will take effect March 5, 2018.
