Board Rule Making 2018: Investigation Process
After holding a public Rule Making hearing on January 26, 2018, the Board amended the following rule:
- WAC 4-30-140 What are the authority, structure, and processes for investigations and sanctions?
The Board amended the rule to:
- Clarify and simplify the rule by allowing for the establishment of policies to define the responsibilities, process, and procedures for performing investigations and resolving disciplinary matters
- Rename the rule

The changes will take effect March 5, 2018.
