Board Rule Making 2022: Proceedings before the Board
After holding a public Rule Making hearing on January 28, 2022, the Board amended the following rule:
- WAC 4-30-028 What rules govern the proceedings before the board?
The Board amended the rule to:
- Rename the rule
- Add a RCW reference
- Remove an outdated section
- Add a Board decision which makes the process more efficient

The changes will take effect March 3, 2022
