Board Rule Making 2023: Board Meetings and Officers

After holding a public rule-making hearing on July 21, 2023, the Board amended the following rule:

• WAC 4-30-022 Board meetings and officers 

The Board amended the rule to:

• Add guidance for resignations, vacancies, and removal of Board officers
• Rename the rule 

The Board’s Rule Making Order (CR-103) is available:

The changes will take effect August 25, 2023
