Board Rule Making 2023: Commission and Referral Fees; Accounting Principles (New Rules)

After holding a public rule-making hearing on January 27, 2023, the Board adopted the following rules:

WAC 4-30-045 Commission and referral fees.
WAC 4-30-049 Accounting principles.

The Board adopted the rules to:

Reorganize the ethics and prohibited practice rule sections for clarity
