Board Rule Making 2023: Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

After holding a public rule-making hearing on April 28, 2023, the Board amended the following rule:

• WAC 4-30-133 Reporting periods, carry-forward/back, and limitations on continuing professional education (CPE) credit.

The Board amended the rule to:

• Change the increments in which CPE may be earned from half-hours (.5) to tenths of an hour (.1) after the first full CPE hour is earned.
