Board Rule Making 2023: Licensee Name Use
After holding a public rule-making hearing on October 20, 2023, the Board amended the following rule:
- WAC 4-30-056 Form of organization and name.
The Board amended the rule to:
- Establish licensee name use parameters
The Board’s Rule Making Order (CR-103) is available:

The changes will take effect November 24, 2023
