Board Recognized Schools
U.S. Colleges and Universities
Determine if your U.S. college or university is accredited at the time your education was earned by a regionally or nationally accredited agency. For additional details please review WAC 4-30-060(5).
Contact your college or university for confirmation that they were accredited. Most accreditations will be listed on the back of your official college or university transcript.
Online Colleges/Universities
If an on-line college or university is accredited by one of the above accrediting agencies, then the Board will recognize the school.
Education Earned Outside the U.S.
The Board does not recognize colleges/universities outside of the U.S. You must have your education evaluated by a Board recognized evaluation service.
Non-Accredited U.S. Education
If you completed your education from a non-accredited US school, you must have your education evaluated by a Board recognized evaluation service.
