Refunds

Refunds may be processed for the following transactions including, but not limited to:

• Overpayments
• Duplicate payments
• Approved waiver request
• Requests for services that are cancelled prior to the request being fulfilled

Please note, we will not pro-rate any portion nor issue a partial refund for any licensing fees.

A request for a refund must be submitted in writing to customerservice@acb.wa.gov
